 Agency required a cloud-based solution.



 The collection was part of a program of an agency in the county, it was a PDA. It functions similar to an organization that is non-profit.



 4Culture could not afford funding to create a database. Guy spoke to colleagues working in this field and also shared Artwork Archive with one of his contacts.
